About the Client
Mahlab
Founded in 1968 by the eminent businesswoman Eve Mahlab AO, Mahlab transformed the landscape for lawyers seeking rewarding roles and organisations in search of top talent. Eve, a lawyer with three young children, initiated change by pioneering flexibility and diversity and inclusion, long before these terms were commonplace in the business world.
Today, Mahlab is renowned for offering the best career opportunities to lawyers and providing excellent talent to clients across various sectors, both nationally and internationally, including private practice, corporate, financial institutions, not-for-profits, and government at all levels.
About the Website & Design
For this project, Website Boss expertly developed a tailored website for Mahlab, a prominent legal search business. Harnessing the powerful Divi Visual Editor in WordPress, recognised for its intuitive drag-and-drop functionality, we crafted a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Mahlab required a website that not only highlighted its expertise but also facilitated easy management and editing. Website Boss ensured the site’s SEO friendliness, responsiveness, and straightforward editing capabilities. We integrated custom job search and filter functionality, allowing lawyers to explore their ideal positions, submit resumes, and receive job alerts. You can filter by city and even view jobs outside of Australia. The resulting design is sophisticated, modern, and attention-grabbing, reflecting the professionalism of Mahlab’s services and style guide.
At Website Boss, our forte lies in creating visually appealing websites that engage audiences. Beyond aesthetics, we prioritised SEO for Mahlab’s new site, implementing on-page best practices like optimising meta tags, URLs, and content structure. This strategic approach enhances search engine rankings and boosts organic traffic. It was important for Mahlab to reflect their brand effectively while also making it easy for their visitors to search for jobs.
To ensure continual excellence, Mahlab is enrolled in a WordPress Website Care Plan provided by Website Boss, guaranteeing that the website stays updated, secure, backed up, and operates at peak performance.
