The Australian Maritime and Fisheries Academy (AMFA) provides a high quality of innovative training that increases the standards within the maritime, seafood and fishing industries.
Offering a broad range of nationally accredited training programmes and short courses, AMFA is continuously developing and customising its wide range of education programmes to meet industry specific requirements.
About the Design
For this project, we created a custom WordPress theme using the dynamic Divi Visual Editor. Our goal with this design was primarily to display the many excellent courses AMFA have available. The previous website’s homepage didn’t have any links to the courses apart from on the menu.
Each course has a description and image as well as a link to the individual page. The top header on the homepage displays a video of the academy so that prospective students can take a quick glance of the facilities.
We made sure to utilise the colours from AMFA’s logo throughout the site, and this especially features with the buttons and numerous call to actions. AMFA are also on a WordPress Website Care Plan to keep their site updated, secure and performing at its best.
